Brandi Glanville Drops 'RHOBH' Bombshell On Housewife That May Quit After Major Season 10 Fight

Brandi Glanville is returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in season 10. It’s not yet confirmed if she will be a “friend of”, which is a part-time housewife, or if she’s just guest-starring. What can be confirmed is that the former RHOBH star is bringing in a lot of drama. Glanville revealed in a recent interview tidbits of the upcoming season and fans can’t wait for the new episodes to air.

“I don’t know if we’re going to ever see one of the housewives ever again,” Glanville told Hollywood Life. “She’s kind of refusing to film.”

The former Celebrity Big Brother star did not name the housewife that may quit after season 10. However, she did talk about how stressful the show has been since she returned.

“I am back and I’m stressed out,” she added. “You forget how stressful these things can be, and they really are silly.”

Is Denise Richards quitting?

After Glanville dropped that bombshell, fans started speculating on which RHOBH housewife might be giving away her diamond. Viewers came to the conclusion it might be Denise Richards as she recently wanted to skip the cast trip to Rome.

“Denise Richards really did not want to go to Rome at all after struggling to jive with the cast this season,” an insider told Hollywood Life.

Richards said she has “pleaded with producers” to not film scenes as she is not that cozy with the current cast.

“She doesn’t seem to be enjoying doing the show as much this season and nobody would be surprised if it were to be her last,” the insider revealed. “She wants to be doing acting more and Housewives has opened other opportunities for her. She’s really not about the drama and seems to be disconnected from it at times. A lot of the cast is frustrated with her lack of participation still this season.”

Lisa Vanderpump open to reconciliation with Denise Richards

Lisa Vanderpump quit RHOBH after she gelt ganged-up on by the rest of the cast. With Richards, reportedly, feeling left out by the Beverly Hills ladies, Vanderpump coincidentally says she’s open to reconciling with her.

“[Richards] is definitely not as close to a lot of the ladies as she was last season and her friendships with them are not what they once were,” a source told Hollywood Life. “They’re all upset that she’s never around and find it really unfair, but Denise is busy working. They all feel like they have to work too, so she should want to come to things as much as they do and she doesn’t.”

After a visit from Richards to TomTom, a restaurant owned by Vanderpump, the latter said it would be a good time to spark up a conversation.

“Lisa likes Denise and would totally be open to having a conversation with her. She heard she was having a tough season,” the source added.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is getting closed to wrapping production on season 10. Fans can see all the drama unfold when the reality show premieres in 2020 on Bravo.

Ryan Reynolds Jokes He’s Never Met His Wife Blake Lively: 'I'm Married to a Woman in Denmark'

Ryan Reynolds is cracking jokes about his relationship with Blake Lively.

When asked about his wife on Thursday morning’s episode of the Today show, Reynolds, 43, joked that he had “actually never met her.”

“We actually only exist as a couple online,” he said, as the Today hosts laughed. “It’s manufactured by the studio system, it’s worked out pretty well for us, really.”

The 6 Underground actor added: “I’m actually married to a woman named Louise in Denmark. We have four kids, and it’s been amazing.”

Reynolds and Lively, 32, welcomed their third child, a girl, in October, but have yet to reveal details about her birth or her name. Their new baby’s arrival makes the actors parents to three daughters, as their new bundle of joy joins Inez, 3, and James, 4½.

On the Today show, Reynolds also opened up about his new life as a father of three, saying, “I love it. It’s been incredible.”

“Leaving the house is getting harder and harder,” he added. “It gets a lot harder when they ask, ‘Where are you going? When are you coming home? Why are you leaving me?’”

The actor was also asked to reveal his newborn daughter’s name — but he answered that question with another joke.

“All of the letters in her name are silent,” Reynolds said. “I want to give her something to push against in life.”

On Tuesday night, Reynolds spoke to PEOPLE at the premiere of his new Netflix movie 6 Underground, revealing that he and Lively’s favorite show to binge watch is the cooking reality show Great British Bake Off.

“You weren’t expecting that, were you?” the Deadpool star joked. “We live in a world that’s pretty divisive right now and there’s a lot going on. And I like that show just because it’s a nice thing to watch at night.”

“Everybody on the show is nice to each other, which I find refreshing,” he added. “It’s sort of sweet. It’s not really about anything that’s going to remind you of chaos.”

6 Underground is available on Netflix on Friday.

Home Alone Reboot Finds Its Star: Jojo Rabbit's Archie Yates Cast as Mischievous Lead Boy

Archie Yates better stay away from that after shave.

The Jojo Rabbit actor has been cast in the Disney+ reimagining of Home Alone, with Ellie Kemper, 39, and Rob Delaney, 42, also starring.

The new movie isn’t exactly a reboot and more of a separate story, with sources telling The Hollywood Reporter it centers on Kemper and Delaney going to war with a kid who has stolen a priceless heirloom in order to save their home from financial ruin.

RELATED: Macaulay Culkin Shares What a Home Alone Update ‘Would Actually Look Like’ & Asks Disney to Call Him

The movie is written by Saturday Night Live writers Mikey Day and Streeter Seidell, with Dan Mazer set to direct.

The original 1990 hot featured Macaulay Culkin as Kevin McCallister, a mischievous kid who is left to himself when his large family goes on vacation and accidentally leaves him home alone. Catherine O’Hara played Kevin’s mom, while Joe Pesci and Daniel Stern played burglars facing off against Kevin.

In addition to Home Alone, Disney’s CEO Bob Iger said on Tuesday that other classics like Night at the Museum, Cheaper by the Dozen and Diary of a Wimpy Kid will all be reimagined.

These movies are just a handful of titles out of the vast Fox library that Disney now has access to after the entertainment giant’s acquisition of Fox in March.

“We’re also focused on leveraging Fox’s vast library of great titles to further enrich the content mix on our DTC platforms [Disney+ and Hulu],” Iger told reporters during Disney’s third-quarter earnings call on Tuesday, per Deadline.

“We see great long-term value in the broad collection of theatrical IP we acquired from Fox,” he added.

Roxette singer Marie Fredriksson dies aged 61 after long illness

Music star Marie Fredriksson of the Swedish pop-rock duo Roxette has died at the age of 61.

The singer, known for hits including It Must Have Been Love and Listen To Your Heart with co-star Per Gessle, died on Monday following a 17-year battle with cancer.

Her death was revealed in a press release by the band’s management company Dimberg Jernberg Management.

Gessle said in a statement: “Time goes by so quickly. It’s not that long ago we spent days and nights in my tiny apartment in Halmstad, listening to music we loved, sharing impossible dreams. And what a dream we eventually got to share!

“Thank you, Marie, thanks for everything. You were an outstanding musician, a master of the voice, an amazing performer.

“Thanks for painting my black and white songs in the most beautiful colours. You were the most wonderful friend for over 40 years.

“I’m proud, honoured and happy to have been able to share so much of your time, talent, warmth, generosity and sense of humour.

“All my love goes out to you and your family. Things will never be the same. P.”

Fredriksson was diagnosed with a severe brain tumour in 2002, and Dimberg Jernberg Management said that she received “an aggressive treatment that took its toll but ultimately was successful”.

“Thanks to her extremely strong fighting spirit, Marie by 2009 was able to start a gradual return to the world’s stages,” they said.

“The unlikely second coming of Roxette resulted in several new albums, and tours that again put the duo in front of screaming, smiling and crying crowds all over the world. During the comeback years Marie was an amazing trooper, overcoming the many rigours of touring in order to meet her fans on stage again and again.

“But by 2016, the show was finally over when Marie’s doctors advised her to stop touring and focus on her health.”

Fredriksson was described as “a wonderful person with a huge appetite for life, and a woman with a very big heart who cared for everybody she met” in the management statement.

Roxette rose to international fame after forming in Sweden in the late 1980s.

Their single The Look from their second album Look Sharp! was their global breakthrough hit in 1989, followed by much-loved classics Listen To Your Heart, It Must Have Been Love and Joyride.

Roxette have sold more than 80 million records and won a slew of music awards, including an MTV Video Music Award and in 1990 they were nominated for a Brit Award for best international group.

They have released 10 studio albums, four of which charted in the top 10 in the UK.

Fredriksson is survived by husband Mikael Bolyos and her two children Josefin and Oscar.

Sarah Lindsell, chief executive of the Brain Tumour Charity, said: “We are very saddened to hear about Marie Fredriksson’s death – and our hearts go out to her family and friends.

“Like Marie, many people suffer long-term health complications after their brain tumour diagnosis and treatment such as loss of sight, hearing and radiation injury.

“Over 11,700 people a year are diagnosed with a primary brain tumour – that’s 32 a day – and our five-year research strategy A Cure Can’t Wait aims to double survival within 10 years and halve the harm brain tumours have on quality of life.”

So, How Was Your Decade, Mon Laferte?

So, How Was Your Decade is a series in which the decade’s most innovative musicians answer our questionnaire about the people, places and things that shaped their decade. We’ll be rolling these pieces out throughout December.

Chilean singer-songwriter Mon Laferte has taken on several iterations of herself over the past decade. During the aughts, she was best known as Norma Monserrat Bustamante Laferte: recurring guest on Chile’s competitive talent show, Rojo. But after thyroid cancer put her career on ice in 2009, she came back swinging in the 2010s as Mon Laferte: a newly recovered, alt-rock guitar goddess.

In 2012, Laferte kicked off a three-year stint as the teal-haired frontwoman of Mexican metal band Mystica Girls; then, upon signing a deal with Universal Music Mexico in 2015, she reintroduced herself as Mon Laferte, folk-rock balladeer. She was golden by 2017, after her fourth studio album, La Trenza, garnered her five Latin Grammys. The winning streak continued with her Coachella debut earlier this year and a Latin Grammy win for Best Alternative Album for 2018’s Norma last month.

Mon Laferte returned to the awards show this year under a sobering set of circumstances: just one month prior, her home country had become a conflict zone. “Chile hurts me inside,” she stated during her acceptance speech, which she dedicated to Chileans protesting government repression. “You bleed through my every vein, every chain weighs on me, that imprisons you.” She then walked the red carpet completely topless, with the following words written on her chest: “In Chile they torture, rape and kill.”

Still, the Chilean icon is looking to ring in the 2020s more fierce and socially conscious than ever. After releasing her reggaeton protest song with Guaynaa, “Plata Ta Tá,” the artist dished to Rolling Stone on her greatest (and most absurd) moments in the last decade.

My favorite album of the 2010s was: It is very difficult to pick one album, but the female presence in this decade was super important — from Ariana Grande, Clairo to Rosalía.

The best live show I saw was: Paul McCartney!

The craziest thing that happened to me in the 2010s was: Playing Coachella

The biggest change in the music I noticed was: Listening to Spanish music all over the world! Wherever I went, there was dance music in Spanish.

The television program that I could not stop watching in the 2010s was: I don’t watch TV, but this last year I watched the whole series Orange Is the New Black.

The best new slang term of the decade was: Memes

The most surprising encounter I had with a fellow artist this decade was: I met John Frusciante and he helped me choose costumes for my show at the Forum in L.A.

The wrong step I learned most in the 2010s was: If you drink, it is better to put away your cell phone.

My favorite invention of the decade was: I don’t know, but it’s good to stop using plastics and be more aware of all this.

The song I wish I had written was: [Anything] by Beyoncé

Something great that I did this decade that nobody noticed was: I walked around a lot, through many cities around the world.

The strangest thing anyone said about me in the media this decade was: They said that one of my best friends (my drummer) was my girlfriend; that I wrote a tweet (fake) where I threw shade at Mexican people (WTF!); and that I was going to have a child. I just adopted a dog!

The rock star R.I.P. that made me the saddest was: Juan Gabriel

The horrible fashion trend of the decade I most identified with was: Latex clothes came back!

The most “2010” moment of the 2010s was: Seeing Tame Impala at Coachella

My greatest hope for the 2020s is: May we be more aware of climate change

Scientists stunned to find bug trapped in prehistoric amber on dinosaur jawbone

In the classic sci-fi adventure Jurassic Park, eccentric entrepreneur John Hammond manages to recreate several iconic dinosaurs from the Jurassic and Cretaceous eras using a tiny sample of dino DNA taken from the belly of a bloodsucking insect preserved in amber.

On the blockbuster film's release, way back in 1993, the idea of finding such a perfect snapshot of life in the steaming jungles of the Jurassic era seems wildly improbable.

But now – amazingly – it has happened.

  • Strange 250-million-year old 'dragon with giant head' dug up in Russia

The jawbone of a duck-billed hadrosaur dating back some 75 million years has been recovered from a dig in Canada’s Dinosaur Provincial Park.

And stuck to it was, incredibly, a three-inch blob of amber containing several fragments of trees and one unfortunate greenfly.

  • 95million-year-old fossilized dinosaur jaw discovered on Brit beach

  • Giant flying dinosaur which could travel across world dug up in Australia

The find has been written up in detail by a team of researchers led by Ryan C. McKellar from the Royal Saskatchewan Museum.

The paper, entitled A Direct Association Between Amber and Dinosaur Demains Provides Paleoecological Insights , explains how the “remarkable” two-for-one fossil was preserved in a highly improbable chain of coincidences.

  • Bloke's leech horror

The scientists believe that after the hadrosaur died, and started to decompose, it fell into a river.

At around the same time, a blob of sticky resin from either a redwood or similar tree also fell into the water.

An unlucky aphid was stuck in the resin and was mashed into the dinosaur’s jawbone as the current drove all three components of the one-in-a-billion fossil into a drift of sediment.

  • Asteroid killed dinosaurs after hitting Earth with force of 10 billion nukes

The fossil was then buried in the sediment where it remained for tens of millions of years, as over time the resin hardened into amber.

The fossil has given researchers valuable new information about hadrosaurs’ diet and lifestyle.

  • Jurassic Park mega dinosaur bone described as 'one of biggest ever' found in France

  • Perfectly-preserved lizard found in belly of 125 million-year-old flying dinosaur

The team is optimistic that similar finds could one day yield an even deeper insight into the extraordinary animals that may have died out over 65 million years ago, but continue to fascinate us today.

They note: “In addition to providing paleoecological information, future finds of bonebed amber may provide insights that are not available from skeletal remains alone, and they certainly warrant attention during the excavation and preparation processes.”

Doctor Who show boss teases ‘relentless’ Cybermen twist as New Year’s Day return confirmed – The Sun

Doctor Who fans are in for a new year's treat as the BBC has confirmed that the Doctor go up against her biggest threat, a "relentless" new version of the Cybermen.

The 12th season will return with a two-part special on New Year's Day that will see Jodie Whittaker return as the Thirteenth doctor for an action-packed series.

Now showrunner Chris Chibnell has claimed fans will see the Doctor go up the new version of the Cybermen because there was a "particular story" he was keen to tell.

Speaking to Radio Times, Chris said: "I really wanted to see Jodie against the Cybermen.

"There are certain monsters you want to see a Doctor go up against. She met a Dalek in Resolution last New Year."

He added: "Cybermen feel like an important part of the rogues gallery and we've done something slightly different with them this year – there was a particular story I wanted to tell. They're just relentless, the Cybermen. They just don't stop."

The Cybermen first appeared on screens in 1966 and alongside the Daleks are the Doctor's most terrifying threat.

After the season premiere on Wednesday 1st January on BBC One, episodes will air on Sunday evenings.

New Year's Day's exciting two-part episode, Spyfall, will no doubt whet fans' episodes for the thrilling saga ahead, with Jodie's Doctor taking charge of the TARDIS once again.

She will be joined by her usual companions Ryan [Tosin Cole], Yaz [Mandip Gill], and Graham [Bradley Walsh] – with a host of famous faces also set to make cameo appearances throughout the twelfth series.

Stephen Fry, Sir Lenny Henry, Robert Glenister, and Goran Višnjić are just some of the big names confirmed to guest-star in the coming episodes.

Season 12 marks Jodie's second outing as the Time Lord, with Chibnall previously letting slip that the new monsters are "absolutely terrifying".

He said: "I think we've got some amazing monsters. It's probably a bit scarier."

Celebrity chef Alex Guarnaschelli shared this recipe for her festive holiday cookies that feature candy canes and dark chocolate mints layered between simple butter cookies.

“It’s like a buttery Christmas tree wrapped in a cookie,” she said. “You could also sub in white chocolate mixed with candy canes for a richer, lighter filling. If you want to get really creative, once the cookies are completely cooled, arrange them in a decorative tin with lots of fresh mint leaves and/or mini candy canes wrapped in plastic.”

Check out the recipe below and follow the step-by-step guide!

Recipe for Alex Guarnaschelli’s Candy Cane Cookie Sandwiches

Makes about 16 sandwiches

Ingredients:

2 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, chilled, cut into small cubes

2 large egg yolks

3/4 cup sugar

11/2 teaspoons vanilla

32 chocolate mint wafers

6 medium candy canes, finely chopped

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit.

2. Make the dough: In a medium bowl, work the flour, salt, allspice and butter with your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

In another medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar and vanilla.

Work the egg mix into the flour mix.

Divide the dough in half and press each half between two pieces of parchment. Roll them on a flat surface until both pieces only about 1/8 inch thick.

Refrigerate.

3. Bake the cookies: Peel away the top layer of parchment and use a 2 to 2 1/2 inch round cutter to cut individual rounds.

Transfer the cookies to a greased baking sheet, leaving a little room between each cookie. Continue cutting the other half of the dough.

Roll the scraps and cut more cookies. Place the trays in the oven and bake 8-10 minutes. Do not overbrown.

4. Sandwiches: Place a chocolate mint and some crushed candy canes on half the cookie rounds while they’re still hot. Carefully lift the other half of the cookies and place them directly over the candy cane mix so the filling melts a little in each, making the two halves of each sandwich stick together. Cool completely.
